Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, in Mexico City, 22-26 October 2018


Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Mexico city, from 22 to 26 October 2018 on an official visit, to meet with high level authorities from the current and the incoming governments.

While in Mexico, the Secretary-General presented the Third Progress Report on the Development of the New International Airport of Mexico City and delivered Opening Remarks at the Third Competition and Regulation Forum, where he presented three OECD reports: Proceso de elaboración de normas y competencia en México; Revisión de la cooperación regulatoria internacional de México; and La reparación de daños por conductas contrarias a la competencia económica.

Mr. Angel Gurría also delivered remarks to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Olympics in Mexico and delivered a Keynote speech to present the National Prize of Economics Tlacaélel.
