Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, delivered remarks at a webinar hosted by the University of São Paulo (USP), Brazil, to commemorate the launching of the OECD-USP co-operation programme.

The Secretary-General attended the event along with Mr. Guilherme Ary Plonski, Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies, Mr. Carlos Márcio Cozendey, Undersecretary General for Economic and Financial Affairs & G20 Sherpa, Ministry of External Relations of Brazil, and Vahan Agopyan, President of University of São Paulo.
