Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, delivered opening remarks at the OECD Global Anti-Corruption & Integrity Forum - Leading through the Crisis: Integrity and Anti-Corruption for a Resilient Recovery, on 23 March 2021.

The 9th edition of this virtual event explores the integrity risks, challenges and opportunities that have arisen in the COVID-19 context, as well as identify innovative solutions required to govern and conduct business with integrity and tackle corruption in times of crisis.

The Secretary-General also moderated the opening panel on the theme of "Young leaders building back with integrity".
