Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, delivered remarks at an event to commemorate the 1^st Anniversary of Colombia's OECD Membership, on 28 April 2021.

The Secretary-General spoke along with Mr. Iván Duque Márquez, President of Colombia, and Mrs. Marta Lucía Ramírez de Rincón, Vice-President of Colombia. During the ceremony, the Secretary-General was granted the Órden de Boyacá en el grado de Gran Cruz, the highest honorary distinction granted by the Colombian government.
