Mr. Angel Gurría, Secretary-General of the OECD, was in Bali, Indonesia, from 10 to 13 October 2018 to attend the International Monetary Fund / Word Bank Annual Meetings, as well as the G7 and G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meetings.

While in Bali, the Secretary-General presented the 2018 Economic Survey of Indonesia and the 2019-21 OECD-Indonesia Joint Work Programme as well as the OECD Review of SME and Entrepreneurship Policy in Indonesia 2018.


He  also spoke at the How Global Trade can Promote Growth for All event co-organised by IMF, OECD, WB, WTO, in collaboration with Australia, delivered closing remarks at the Tri Hita Karana Forum on Sustainable Development, and participate in a high-level event on Implementing the SDGs in a Changing World.

The Secretary-General also held bilateral meetings with high level authorities of Indonesia and other countries and organisations participating in the meetings.
