The country risk classifications of the Participants to the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits are the most fundamental building block of the Arrangement rules on minimum premium rates for credit risk. They are produced solely for the purpose of setting minimum premium rates for transactions supported according to the Arrangement.
Current Trade in Value Added (TiVA) estimates have significant time lags. To address this issue and meet the high demand for more timely TiVA estimates, the OECD has developed a ‘now-casting’ approach to generate indicators for more recent periods.
The STAN Bilateral Trade Database by Industry and End-use category (BTDIxE) provides values of exports and imports of goods for OECD countries and a large number of non member economies. Data are presented in USD, by partner country, industry and end-use category from 1990 onwards.

Market Reflective Surcharge (MRS) and resulting Minimum Premium Rates (MPRs) have been updated. These updated MPRs replace Table 5 of Appendix II of the Aircraft Sector Understanding (2011 ASU) and are applicable as of 15 April 2017.
