Sébastien Miroudot
Sébastien Miroudot is Senior Trade Policy Analyst in the Trade in Services Division of the OECD Trade and Agriculture Directorate. He holds a PhD from Sciences Po Paris in international economics. Before joining the OECD, he was research assistant at Groupe d'Economie Mondiale and he taught in the Master's degree program at Sciences Po. His research interests include trade in services, trade and investment and trade flows within global value chains. He is currently working at OECD on the measurement of trade in value-added terms and the construction of a Services Trade Restrictiveness Index. He has published several articles and contributed several chapters to various journals and books dealing with trade policy issues.
