Rudolf van der Berg is an economist/policy analyst at the OECD. He works on issues relating to telecommunications and Internet. He previously worked as a management consultant for Logica, as a policy advisor Telecommunications at the Ministry of Economic Affairs in The Netherlands and for the Dutch-German Internet Exchange Point. He has a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Twente University in The Netherlands.
