Jari Kauppila
Dr. Jari Kauppila is an economist and manager of statistics unit at the International Transport Forum at the OECD. He has coordinated, among others, the recent international report on Improving Reliability on Surface Transport Networks and worked on issues of supply chain performance and measurement. Before joining the ITF Jari worked for nearly ten years as an economist at the Ministry of Transport and Communications in Finland.
