Citizens in many countries are expressing dissatisfaction with how they believe trade, technology and immigration are affecting their daily lives. While much of this discontent can be traced back to the global economic crisis, its root causes are more complex. What can be done at the Global, European and German level?

The OECD collects and disseminates annual international trade in services statistics for all OECD countries by partner economy and detailed service category. In addition, on a quarterly basis, trends in Total International Trade in Services transactions (imports, exports and trade balance) are available as part of the OECD Balance of Payments collection.
G20 merchandise trade growth picks up in Q4 2016
The OECD has a long history of influencing the development of environmental labels. Following the first report on environmental labelling in 1976, extensive reviews of existing and planned schemes were carried out in the 1980s and into the 1990s, contributing to promoting their use and effectiveness.
