The SPIN database contains information on chemical substances from the Nordic product registers (Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden). The types of information are: exposure assessments, use patterns, industrial chemicals and volumes. The Nordic SPIN database includes an Exposure Toolbox. The Use Index enables to search for general indicative exposure of human beings and the environment from different chemicals and uses. With the SPIN database, over 25000 records have been added in eChemPortal.
