Le Forum sur la réforme des systèmes de faillite en Asie (FAIR) , mis en place par l'OCDE rassemble des décideurs politiques, des juristes, des académiciens, des spécialistes des faillites ainsi que des participants du secteur privé.
FAIR constitue une plateforme unique de contact et de travail en réseau en matière de dialogue sur les politiques de réforme et permet ainsi à ses membres de placer la réforme des faillites comme une priorité politique et d'identifier les secteurs importants pour les futures réformes.

The sixth meeting of the Forum for Asian Insolvency Reform will take place in 2008. It will build on the initial work and input of the Network on Asian Insolvency Reform, which is currently being established and will be held in co-operation with the FAIR partner organisations. The venue of the FAIR is currently under discussion.

FAIR partner organisations and participants are in favour of intensifying information sharing and co-operation on capacity building through the establishment of a FAIR Network of public and private sector experts for on-going dialogue on insolvency.
The proposed regional Network is a key for ensuring sustainability of the outcomes of the FAIR meetings and the relevance of its future work.
