6th Forum on Asian Insolvency Reform (FAIR)

Taking place in Bangkok on 17-18 July 2009, the theme for this event is 'Asian Insolvency Reforms following the Global Financial Crisis: Policy Responses and Opportunities'. Emphasis will be on a review of progress made by Asian governments in reform implementation and in-depth discussion on the policy options for insolvency reform.
