Corporate Affairs

Good corporate governance is key to the integrity of corporations, financial institutions and markets, and central to the health of our economies and their stability.

The OECD’s work on corporate governance revolves around the OECD Principles and their implementation in economies throughout the world. The Steering Group on Corporate Governance co-ordinates and guides this work, including through a methodology to assess implementation of the Principles . The Regional Corporate Governance Roundtables are another key feature.
