The Arrangement is a "Gentlemen's Agreement" amongst its Participants who represent most OECD Member Governments. The Arrangement sets forth the most generous export credit terms and conditions that may be supported by its Participants.

Margin Benchmark for civil aircraft

The Margin benchmark applicable as of 15 February 2012 has been published. It shall be applied to all official financing support for export credits for civil aircraft pursuant to Article 8 of Appendix III of the 2011 Sector Understanding on Export Credits for Civil Aircraft (the 2011 ASU), annexed to the 2011 Arrangement for Officially Supported Export Credits (the Arrangement).

2011 ASU: Quarterly Update of MRS and Resulting MPRs

Market Reflective Surcharge (MRS) and resulting Minimum Premium Rates (MPRs) have been updated. These updated MPRs replace Table 5 of Appendix II of the Aircraft Sector Understanding (2011 ASU) and are applicable as of 15 January 2012.

2011 Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits (September 2011)

This version of the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits replaces the March 2011 version [TAD/PG(2011)4]. It includes all modifications agreed to the Arrangement, including its Annexes, and is effective as from 1 September 2011.

2007 ASU : Annual Reset of MPRs for CAT 2 and 3 Aircraft
