Biocides

The OECD Biocide Programme has two main objectives: (1) to increase the efficiency in the registration of biocides; and (2) to help countries to reduce risks associated with biocides use.  Biocides are chemical products designed to kill unwanted organisms (e.g., sterilisers, disinfectants).
