Are current agricultural policies based on measurable objectives? Is the current policy set adequately addressing stated objectives? What could an improved agricultural policy set look like and how to get onto a reform trajectory? These are some of the questions addressed in this publication. It draws on several projects that were undertaken in recent years under the auspices of the OECD and summarizes practical recommendations concerning the pathway to agricultural policy reform.

This report is an analysis of the Korean agricultural sector and Korean agricultural policy. It evaluates policy reforms that have occurred since 1998 and makes recommendations for the future. In addition to reporting a wide variety of statistics with respect to Korean agriculture, it describes and makes use of two of the main OECD tools for agricultural policy analysis, the PSE and CSE database and the Policy Evaluation Model (PEM).

This Review of Agricultural Policies: Chile measures the level and composition of support provided to Chilean agriculture, evaluates the effectiveness of current measures in attaining their objectives, and suggests ways in which the performance of policies might be enhanced.
