Country Risk Classification

The country risk classifications of the Participants to the Arrangement on Officially Supported Export Credits are the most fundamental building block of the Arrangement rules on minimum premium rates for credit risk. They are produced solely for the purpose of setting minimum premium rates for transactions supported according to the Arrangement.

Trade: Greener export credit rules approved

OECD countries have agreed new rules to strengthen current environmental and social due diligence processes when providing export credits and to create financially prudent incentives to support business projects with low CO2 emissions. The second agreement also aims to encourage support for advanced climate-friendly technologies such as carbon capture and storage.

Minimum Premium Rates for Category 2 and 3 Aircraft Transaction under the ASU

In accordance with Article 37 a) 3) of the 2007 Aircraft Sector Understanding on Export Credits for Civil Aircraft (the ASU), the Participants to the ASU have agreed to new 2011 minimum premium rates for category 2 and Category 3 aircraft transaction.
