This report looks at the issue of tax crime in the fisheries sector, including frauds over taxes on profit and earnings, customs duties, VAT and social security, with examples from real cases.

This edition shows that after the historical low reached in 2011, support to agriculture increased slightly in 2012. However, in the longer term perspective, OECD estimations of support confirm the downward trend in support to farmers, although in some emerging economies support is increasing, albeit from a lower base.
