Visas

It is the responsibility of each participant to check with the French Embassy in his/her country to find out if a Visa for entering France is required. Should you require a Visa to enter into France, please let us know and we will send you an official letter of invitation which should allow you to obtain a Visa from the French Embassy in your country.

PPT Presentations

Meeting participants who will require using PowerPoint when making a presentation are asked to Email PPT presentations to the Secretariat as soon as possible prior to the start of the meeting. A back-up diskette/USB and paper copy of the PPT presentation should also be brought to the meeting.
