Countries are requested every year by OECD (in December of year t) to update two questionnaires (either in EBOPS 2010 or EBOPS 2002 format) up to year t-1. The two questionnaires are asking for following information:
Countries are also requested to update a metadata file as prepared by the Task Force on International Trade Statistics according to the latest methodological standards (EBOPS 2010) (click here to see the metadata questionnaire in Word format). This metadata questionnaire is also used by Eurostat to collect trade in services metadata from EU countries.
The OECD is actively promoting the use of SDMX as an efficient data transmission mechanism. A document describing how to report AITS data to the OECD in SDMX format can be found here (docx).
The BPM6_ITS_A data flow which corresponds to the data requested in the EBOPS 2010 questionnaire, using the codes of the BOP-DSD, is available here in Excel format. Note these tables are subject to change and are not in their final format at this point.
