Roger Allen is a successful Information Technology entrepreneur having built his business globally from start up to today’s equivalent of $1 billion and 3000 employees. Subsequently he founded Allen & Buckeridge Pty Ltd, an early stage technology venture capital company which has invested, incubated and actively managed over 50 companies. Roger works actively applying venture capital principles to social investment and ‘social entrepreneurship’. He actively encourages successful technology entrepreneurs and companies to create foundations and get actively involved in social venture capital. He lectures periodically at INSEAD in the School of Entrepreneurship. He has been a regular advisor to Australian State and Federal Governments on Industry Development.
