Strategic Prospective is an interdisciplinary policy-oriented journal published by the CEPS (www.ceps-oing.org). The CEPS is a French independent think tank founded in 1985, whose aim is to define, analyse, and put into perspective the modern world’s technological, economic and financial development factors in order to assist companies, institutions and governments in defining their positions in a global environment.
