John J. Harris has been Chairman and CEO of Nestlé Waters since 2007. He also holds the position of Executive Vice President of Nestlé S.A. Previously, Mr Harris was the CEO of Nestlé Purina PetCare Europe, Asia, Oceania and Africa. He started his career at the Carnation Company before moving on to various management positions within the Nestlé Group, including Senior Vice President Nestlé S.A., Nestlé Worldwide PetCare Strategic Business and Chief Worldwide Integration Officer, Ralston Purina Company. Mr Harris is an American citizen and is married with two children.
