Tax Inspector from 1998. Worked in the International Taxation Unit of the General Directorate of Taxation from 2000 until 2004. Appointed Deputy Director General in 2004 for non residents taxation,  Responsabilities are the following:

• Competent Authority for the negotiations of Double Taxation Convention,

• Competent Authority for Mutual Agreement Procedures,

• Responsable for the elaboration and interpretation of the non residents internal
  legislation and the Conventions;

• Spanish delegate for WP1 and its subgroups,

• Spanish representative for the Joint Transfer Pricing Forum at the European Union,

• Spanish representative for the subgroups at the European Union in direct taxation
