M. Blaise-Philippe Chaumont

M. Blaise-Philippe Chaumont is Head of Division, in charge of international tax, treaties and mutual agreement procedures within the Tax Legislation Department of the Ministry for Economy, Finances and Industry.

Graduated from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris and former student from Ecole Nationale d'Administration, M. Chaumont joined the French Tax administration in 1999. From 2000 to 2003, he was head of the international tax audit division.

He then joined, until late 2005, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London, as an associate banker.
