An economist by background, Andrew is the Head of the Tax Treaty Team in the UK’s Revenue & Customs Department.
Before that he was First Secretary (Economic) at the British Embassy in Washington DC.
Andrew has held several tax policy jobs in the Inland Revenue and HM Treasury.
Before joining the civil service, he taught economics, and worked for the Confederation of British Industry.
