Ernesto S. Liboreiro

Ernesto S. Liboreiro is the Director of the International Negotiations on Agriculture, Institute  - INAI – of Argentina since 1997. He got a CPA degree in the Universidad Nacional del SUR (UNS – Argentina) and is a Master and Ph.D in Agricultural Economics at Michigan State University.

His present area of expertise is International Trade and Negotiations. He has previously worked, during ten years, in leading positions in a major exporting firm of the grains and oilseeds sector and for another ten years with rural development programs in Latin America and the Caribbean.”
