After a first degree from McGill (Montreal) and a doctorate from the London School of Economics in 1970, Dr. Feiner joined the OECD Economics Department where he has been active in carrying out, and more recently supervising, a wide range of policy-relevant macroeconomic and structural analyses. He is currently Director of the Policy Studies Branch of the OECD Economics Department.
