Mrs. Agnieszka CHŁOŃ-DOMIŃCZAK
Under-Secretary of State for Social Policy

Agnieszka Chłoń-Domińczak helds her Ph.D in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics. Currently she is Under-secretary of state in the Ministry of Social Policy, until December 2004 she was heading a Department for Economic Analyses and Forecasting. She previously worked in the Office of the Government Plenipotentiary for Social Security Reform, where she was one of the core team members, preparing and implementing pension reform in Poland. Afterwards, she worked as a researcher at the Gdansk Institute for Market Economics and as an advisor to the Polish Ministry of Labour and Social Policy. She also worked as a consultant for the ILO, World Bank and the OECD. Her research interest focuses on pension systems, labour markets and social policy. Married, with two children.
