  • Member of the Health Minister’s Social and Professional Council;
  • Member of the Team for the Amendments of the Act on Health Establishments (ZOZs);
  • Member of the Provincial Committee for Public Dialogue in Warsaw (after June 2002);
  • Secretary of the Supervisory Board of the Medical Systems Development Centre S.A. (from 2002 to March 17, 2003).

  • the general health insurance system,
  • the principles of building a business plan and negotiation with the Sickness Fund,
  • the principles of starting independent centres,
  • health sector reform.

Twice winner of the “Manager of the Year” award (1994, 1995), granted by the Association of Health Service Managers for outstanding achievements in health care management.
