Pierre Lefebvre

The nomination of Pierre Lefebvre as public-private Chief Executive Officer of the Agence des partenariats public-privé du Québec was officialised on 18 April 2005, when he was acting as associate secretary of the Conseil du Trésor. Prior to this, he directed his own firm in the infrastructure financing field.

His experience includes corporate and project financing for Nortel Networks in Toronto, Paris and London, and for Price WaterhouseCoopers in Toronto where he was among the founding members of the Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships. He also practiced corporate law at Fasken Martineau in Montreal.

He holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business (University of Western Ontario) where he received the Schmleek scholarship. He is also a University of Montreal Law School graduate and a board member of the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP).
