Carl Bennet

Chairman of the board and main shareholder of Getinge and Elanders, two companies listed on the Swedish Stock Exchange. The Getinge group is a world-leading supplier of medical technical equipment for surgery, intensive care and infection control as well as a provider of ergonomics solutions for geriatric care.

Elanders is one of the major graphic industries in Europe with strong positions within the Customer segments, Automotive, Telecom, Directors, Public sector and Service sector.

Mr Bennet holds various positions within the Swedish industry. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Boliden (Metal and Mining) and TeliaSonera (Telecom). He is also the Vice Chairman of the Board of SNS Center for Business and Policy Studies. Mr Bennet is board member of AMS the National Labour Board, SSAB (Steel manufacturer) and a member of The Swedish Government’s Research Advisory Board.
