Dominique de Boisseson

Dominique de Boisseson has lived in China since February 1997 as Chairman and CEO of Alcatel China Investment Company Limited. 

He currently also holds the position of Senior Vice President in Alcatel Asia Pacific Region in charge of Public Affairs within the region. 

On April 13 2005, Dominique was elected the Vice President of European Union Chamber of Commerce in China and the Chairman of its Shanghai Board. 

On November 21 2005, he was again elected as the Vice President of CCE (Conseillers du Commerce Exterieur de la France) in China.  

Meanwhile, Dominique is also the Vice Chairman of Advisory Mission for Economic & Social Development of Yunnan Province and a member of Advisory Council of Wuhan Municipal Government, too.

To acknowledge his great contributions to the economic development of China and especially Shanghai, he was awarded the “Friendship Award” by the Central Government in September 2004 and enjoys the "Chinese Green Card" (Foreigner’s Permanent Residence Card).
