Hotel rooms have been negotiated at preferential rates.
In order to reserve a room, please send the reservation form directly to the hotel. The rates are inclusive of one breakfast, service charge and tax:

For business purposes, only Singapore, Brunei and Japan are exempted of visa for a short stay of 15 days or less. However, for Japan, only ordinary passports are eligible for the exemption. Any participant holding a public or diplomatic passport will still need to apply for a visa. Please check with the Chinese Embassy of your country.
Participants who have registered for the workshop will receive an official letter of invitation from the Chinese Authorities, for purposes of obtaining a visa from their local Chinese Embassy. Please note that the letter of invitation will be faxed, so you will need to provide a fax number when registering.
Social events and steel plant visit
Lunches will be provided during the conference and a welcome dinner will be offered on Wednesday evening, the 20th of October.

TISCO was founded in 1943 with the first basic oxygen furnace installation in China. It has been one of the top ten integrated steel plants in China since then, and became part of the Hebei Group in 2008.
