Workshop on Improving Public Service Quality -- Tunis 27-29 September & 23-25 November 2010
In the framework of Sigma support to the Tunisian National Programme on Quality of Public Services, two workshops were organised in Tunis in September and November 2010 respectively, aiming at increasing administrative capacities for practical implementation of the Programme.
According to the Programme, quality development in the Tunisian public sector should focus on four key objectives:

to make public services more responsive to citizens
-
to make public services more responsive to business
-
to reduce the costs of public services
-
to develop staff competences.
In this context, here are a set of presentations delivered during the two workshops, which we hope you will find of interest.
