SIGMA has been working with countries covered by the EU's European Neighbourhood Policy since June 2008. SIGMA currently supports Ukraine, a beneficiary country since October 2008, in the following areas:

• Legal Framework and Civil Service Management: Ministry of Justice, Civil Service National Agency

• Policy Making: Civil Service National Agency
