SIGMA has been working with countries covered by the EU's European Neighbourhood Policy since June 2008. SIGMA currently supports Moldova, a beneficiary country since December 2008, in the following areas:

  • Legal Framework and Civil Service Management: State Chancellery (Civil Service Policy Department)
  • Public Finance Management: Ministry of Finance (Financial Revision and Control Service)
  • Public Procurement: Public Procurement Agency
