Networking Seminars
SIGMA has regularly hosted meetings of people in Enlargement countries and Delegations interested in governance reform. The need for further progress in EC's neighbouring countries remains one of the major challenges for partner countries.
ENP Networking
In the scope of the EC's European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP), EuropeAid Directorate has suggested that such networking meetings may be a useful initiative for beneficiaries of the SIGMA Programme since June 2008.
IPA Networking
The beneficiaries of the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA) expressed great interest in a forum to discuss issues related to Public Administrative reform in the context of the enlargement and stabilisation strategy. This is the objective of SIGMA's Networking Seminars, with a first one held in October 2007.
