ENPI Networking Seminar November 2012
The 2012 ENPI Networking Seminar focused on the issue of the quality of public service delivery. Achieving a high quality of public service delivery is the ultimate goal of any well focused strategy and action plan for a public administration reform (PAR) that aims to address the real needs and problems of users. The objective of the seminar was to provide an opportunity for participants to exchange country experiences on how to start the quality journey and sustain it over time as the needs and expectations of citizens and business change.
