The Second IOPS Regional Workshop on Pension Supervision for CEE, CIS, Caucasia and Central Asia Regions and a joint IOPS-IAIS seminar on cross-sectoral supervisory issues were held in Skopje, Macedonia, on 10-11 May 2012. Both meetings were hosted and co-organised by the Macedonian Agency for Supervision of Fully Funded Pension Insurance (MAPAS) with the support of the IAIS.

The IOPS Regional Workshop on Risk-based Supervision for the Latin American Region was held in Lima, Peru on 8-9 September 2011. This workshop was hosted by the Superintendencia de Banca, Seguros y AFP of Peru.
