Strategy

  • OECD's Medium-Term ICT Strategy for 2004-2007. This document defines a three-year ICT strategy for the OECD encompassing the period 2004 - 2007. It identifies a number of major challenges facing the Organisation over this period and presents a vision of how selective ICT investments can help meet these challenges, while at the same maintaining the technology foundations that increasingly underpin the Organisation’s day-to-day work. The strategy was elaborated under the guidance of the Board of Directors for Computing and Communications Technology Strategy and incorporates input and feedback from discussions with all OECD Directorates.
