The OECD Technology Foresight Forum will be held on 26 October 2011 back-to-back with the OECD’s Committee on Information, Communication and Computer Policy (ICCP). The topic this year is Developments in Mobile Communication. It will explore major developments that are currently shaping mobile communication and will shape it for the coming 5-10 years. The forum will be divided into four sessions that will each focus on an important element of mobile communications:

• Mobile devices and networks
• Applications
• Machine to Machine communication
• New ideas for a mobile future

Each session will feature four speakers and a Q and A with the audience.
