The OECD and the WTO have developed a transparent methodology to create a global dataset of coherent bilateral trade in services statistics by main services categories.
Current Trade in Value Added (TiVA) estimates have significant time lags. To address this issue and meet the high demand for more timely TiVA estimates, the OECD has developed a ‘now-casting’ approach to generate indicators for more recent periods.
The STAN Bilateral Trade Database by Industry and End-use category (BTDIxE) provides values of exports and imports of goods for OECD countries and a large number of non member economies. Data are presented in USD, by partner country, industry and end-use category from 1990 onwards.
The OECD collects and disseminates annual international trade in services statistics for all OECD countries by partner economy and detailed service category. In addition, on a quarterly basis, trends in Total International Trade in Services transactions (imports, exports and trade balance) are available as part of the OECD Balance of Payments collection.

The OECD collects and disseminates balance of payments statistics for all OECD countries, the major emerging economies and key aggregates e.g. the OECD total, G7. Data are collected for all the major balances, inflows and outflows in the current, capital and financial accounts. The current account components are also presented seasonally adjusted.
