Visa Information

For travellers who need a visa to enter Russia, the visa needs to be obtained before departure. The Russian Consulates require that all foreign travelers coming to Russia have a Russian visa invitation in order to issue the applicant a Russian visa. To expedite this process participants will need to send the following items to Krasnoyarsk-RussiaRuralconference@oecd.org:

  • a completed Russian Invitation Request Form;
  • a color copy of the photo pages of your passport; and,
  • proof of medical insurance for your period of stay in Russia.
