This is the programme for the Milan conference on Competitive Cities and Climate Change held there on 9-10 October 2008.
This conference was held in Rio de Janeiro on 22-23 October 2007 and provided an opportunity for participating countries to share their reform experiences in government modernisation and policies aimed at increasing public sector efficiencies.
