This publication provides an overview of the key issues and policy challenges surrounding entrepreneurship and SME development with particular reference to South East European (SEE) countries.
This conference is hosted by the Council of Labor Affairs and co-organised by the OECD LEED Programme. It will take place in Taipei, on 1-2 October 2007.

The workshop presented and discussed a draft summary report and the preliminary findings and recommendations for Varazdin and Vukovar counties where a previous 1-week study visit was conducted by an international review team led by USAID Croatia, the OECD Secretariat, and World Learning.
