Strategy and Policy Group Meeting (SPG)

Bamako (Mali), 9-10 December 2009
This SPG meeting has a new set-up. The first day will bring together key stakeholders concerned by the topic of "Commercial pressures on West African land". Debates shall contribute to define a roadmap for West Africa which promotes responsible investment in land. The second day, restricted to SWAC members, will particularly focus on the brainstorming process aiming at adjusting and fine-tuning the SWAC's mandate and functioning in 2010. > learn more

25th Annual RPCA Meeting
Bamako (Mali), 8-11 December 2009
On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, the Food Crisis Prevention Network (RPCA) focuses on “Markets, Local Product, Processing and Food Security”. Network members will also discuss the agricultural, food and nutritional situation of the agricultural campaign 2009/2010 to draft policy recommendations for decision-makers to better prevent and manage food crises. > learn more
