Global Forums

 
OECD Global Forums bring together government officials, policy analysts, business leaders, international experts, researchers and various other stakeholders. They address trans-boundary issues, - that defy solutions in individual countries or regions, and - where the relevance of OECD work is dependent on interaction and policy dialogue with non-members from various regions of the world. Many Global Forum meetings are major events, attracting large numbers of participants from different regional and cultural backgrounds. They provide a basis for building active networks of policy makers in member and non-member economies and help build consensus on more effective policy towards achieving stated government objectives.
