Public Service Delivery, Public Private Partnerships and Regulatory Reform

 

The Regional Working Group on Public Service Delivery, Public Private Partnerships and Regulatory Reform addresses a wide variety of policy issues related to improving the delivery of public services, the arrangements of public-private partnerships and the design and implementation of regulatory reform in Arab countries.

The Working Group is chaired by Mr. Zuhair M’dhaffar, Minister delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of the Civil service and Administrative Development, Tunisia and co-chaired by Mr. George Redling, Assistant Secretary, Regulatory Affairs Sector, Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat, Mr. Luigi Carbone, Counsellor of State, Deputy Secretary General, Prime Minister's Office, Executive Chair of the Better Regulation Unit, Italy and Mr. Jeroen Nijland, Director Regulatory Reform Group, Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs, the Netherlands (see Arab Chairs & OECD Co-chairs).
